There is a handrail to the right. The stairs lead to a timber landing measuring 115cm by 90cm. There is then a left turn up one tread, measuring 22cm high, 22cm deep and 90cm wide, and a second timber landing measuring 200cm by 95cm. 

  • The entrance door is then on the right, up one step of 22cm height. 

  • The owners endeavour to be there on arrival to give you the key, so please phone either Steve on 07885685559 or Sue on 07807567742 around 30 minutes before arriving. If the owners are not available, alternative arrangements will be made to allow you to enter the Apartment. 


  • Templemore Apartment is self catering accommodation. 

  • The front door is 87cm wide and the keyhole is 110cm high. 

  • Inside the entrance there is a cupboard to the left with hanging space for coats, and a rack for boots and shoes. 

  • There is gas central heating throughout, with radiators in each room. 

  • There is an information folder found inside the property. 

  • There is good mobile phone reception and wifi is available at no extra charge. 

  • Templemore Apartment is strictly no smoking throughout, including both inside the Apartment and on the surrounding grounds. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes. 

  • We have a dog! Her name is Poppy, and she's a chocolate labrador. She might sometimes be wandering around outside and likes to eagerly introduce herself to people she's never met, but she's friendly, don't worry. 


  • The dining room is open plan with the lounge. 

  • There is a square table in the lounge measuring 40cm from the floor to the lowest point of the table, 50cm in length and 50cm in width. 

  • The dining chairs are moveable, with padded seats and no arms. 

  • There is a free space of 4 square metres, clear of doors and furniture.
